Probe Characterization Data

You can now download the probe characterization data in S2P format directly from this site. To get the file, please enter the part number and serial number of your probe and click 'Enter'.

Enter Part/Serial Number

(ex. 'FPC-GS-1000' or 'ACP50-GSG-400')

(ex. '02849' or '8Q2NX')

Note: Data is only available for probes purchased since August 10, 2002.

Fields marked with * are required.

You can also extract the S-Parameters of your probes by using the Probe Test function available within our WinCal software.
