The EDGE 1/f flicker noise measurement module is a field-upgradable retrofit to most Cascade Microtech probe stations, and includes software tools for 1/f noise modeling and statistical analysis.

The EDGE module also enables a seamless transition to measurement modes for both 1/f and DC parameter extraction, and supports over-temperature (-60°C -300°C) testing.
