BEAVERTON, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-July 8, 2005--Cascade Microtech, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSCD - News) will release financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2005 at approximately 4 p.m. EST, on Tuesday, July 26, 2005. The company will host a conference call beginning at 5 p.m. EST (2 p.m. PST) that same afternoon to discuss these results.
