| Essential Functions |

| Maintains the top performance of mechanical, chemical and electrical equipment used in Cascade's Production Probe manufacturing process. Provides long-lasting systematic engineering solutions to manufacturing issues. Ensures on-time delivery of products to customers.
Performs highly effective and efficient electrical and mechanical preventative maintenance and calibration on equipment used in Production Probe manufacturing process. Identifies, troubleshoots and repairs effectively and efficiently non-functioning or non-performing equipment. Performs review and disposition of production material as needed. Proactively and efficiently collects, organizes, and evaluates data for equipment and process issues. Prepares and maintains professional documentation. Within the team, develops and documents new or better processes and procedures for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs, and disposition of production material. Provides training to other technicians or receives training from other technicians. |
| Technical Skills and Knowledge |

| An AA degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering is required. Requires 8 or more years of semiconductor fab / cleanroom equipment maintenance experience. Extensive experience with vacuum systems, plasma and sputter equipment, chemical mechanical polishing, deposition, plating, or electrical testing equipment required. Excellent knowledge of equipment process controls is required. Must have proven top-notch ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals and engineering sketches; demonstrated excellent ability to utilize complicated drawings and specifications; and proficiency performing advanced mathematics. Requires a high degree of mechanical skill and the ability to use and operate mechanical tools. Must have a proven deep understanding of robotic control, vacuum systems, electronic control and sensors, optical sensors, chemical delivery systems/fluid controls, hydraulics and pneumatics. Requires the ability to troubleshoot safety issues as needed. Must: have the ability to use statistical process control to identify process and equipment issues; have the ability to troubleshoot integrated process issues; possess data analysis skills used for troubleshooting process issues; have the ability to perform process experiments and interpret the results. Requires excellent attention to detail in order to observe unexpected results during the course of the experiment. Requires good skill with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Experience using Visual Basic, PLC, MS Project and C++ is a bonus. Must have the ability to train others in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. The ability to build new tools to perform maintenance on unique equipment is essential. Requires strong problem solving skills and the ability to excel in a team environment. |
| Environmental Considerations |

| Position resides in a cleanroom environment where elevated temperatures, chemicals and currents are in use. Requires flexibility of working hours and ability to work overtime in order to meet production schedules. Requires the ability to perform extensive bending, kneeling, laying, pushing, walking and lifting. Requires the ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements; the ability to use safety equipment such as glasses, goggles, respirators and gloves for protection from chemicals. Requires the ability to work with hazardous materials and chemicals and follow safety procedures. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test is required. |
