Geoff Wild

Geoff Wild has most recently been president and chief executive officer of Nikon Precision Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Nikon Corporation, where he has worked since 2002. Prior to that, he held general management positions of increasing responsibility at Johnson Matthey and AlliedSignal. Mr. Wild holds a B.Sc. degree in chemistry from the University of Bath, in the United Kingdom.

Eric W. Strid

Eric W. Strid leads Cascade Microtech's advanced measurement technology development as Chief Technical Officer. Co-founding Cascade Microtech in 1983, Eric has held positions as chairman, president, and CEO. Prior to 1984, Eric served as a principal engineer with Tektronix, Inc. and with TriQuint Semiconductor, where he designed and evaluated high-frequency gallium arsenide integrated circuits. Eric holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

K. Reed Gleason

Reed Gleason invented the first high-frequency wafer probes with Eric Strid in 1980 and co-founded Cascade Microtech in 1983. Reed provides leadership to Cascade Microtech's advanced probe technology developments. Prior to founding Cascade Microtech, Reed was a senior physicist with Tektronix, Inc. in Beaverton, OR., conducting research in gallium arsenide devices and integrated circuits. He began his career as an electronic engineer for the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory in Washington D.C. where he spent 11 years in semiconductor device development and analysis. Reed has been awarded 6 patents with two pending. His work has been published in more than 20 professional publications. In 1991, he received the IEEE MTT Microwave Applications Award for Development of Microprobe Technology. Reed holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology.

George O'Leary

Dr. O'Leary has served as a member of the Cascade Microtech Board since September 1988. Dr. O'Leary was a faculty member of the Oregon Graduate Institute and taught Physics from 1969 to 1972. Dr. O'Leary joined Floating Point Systems in 1972. During his tenure there from 1972 to 1983 he served as vice president of Engineering and Vice President of European Operations. He held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Director from 1986 to 1987. Dr. O'Leary was president of Accufiber in 1986 - 1987. He is presently on the Boards of Jubitz Corporation and the Providence St. Vincent Medical Foundation. Dr. O'Leary developed the AP120B Array Processor and the FPS-164 Mini-Supercomputer. He received a PhD in Physics in 1969 from Yale University.

F. Paul Carlson

Dr. Carlson has served as a member of the Cascade Microtech Board since September, 1992. He is president and CEO of the Carlson Group of Companies in Tacoma, Washington and a co-founder of several other high-technology firms. Dr. Carlson is also a consultant for Lucent Technologies in New Jersey and Dallas, and the Frank Russell Company in Tacoma. Other consulting activities have been in business re-engineering and restructuring projects in Saudi Arabia; Lucent Power Systems; AT&T Microelectronics; Atcall, Inc., as well as development in other startup and early-stage development companies. He has also been a part of joint venture initiatives for municipal telecommunication expansions, community economic development projects, among others. Prior to becoming a consultant, Dr. Carlson was Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, at Honeywell, Inc. from 1988 to 1991. Between 1977 and 1988 he was President and CEO of Oregon Graduate Center, where he also founded OGI Telecomm, a shared tenant service provider (STS). He has served on the boards of numerous high technology and Fortune 500 companies including Frank Russell Trust Company, Tektronix, PacifiCorp, Logic Automation (Synopsis), Cascade Microtech Inc., Barrett Enclosures Inc., Atcall Inc., Simutech LLC., Integrated Data Communications (IDC) Inc., and Topia Ventures. Dr. Carlson is a registered engineer in Washington and Oregon and has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, where he was a Professor of Electrical Engineering for 10 years.

William R. Spivey

Ph.D., Retired President and CEO of Luminent, Inc.

Dr. Spivey has served as a member of the Cascade Microtech Board since July 1998. He was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of Luminent Inc. from 2000 to 2001. Dr. Spivey served as president of the Network Products Group of Lucent Technologies from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that he served as Vice President of the Systems and Components Group and Member of the Office of the President and Co-chair of the Executive Committee at AT&T Microelectronics. Dr. Spivey holds a BS in physics from Duquesne University, an MS in Physics from Indiana University in Indiana, Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in Administration / Management from Walden University. Dr. Spivey also serves as a director of Lyondell Chemical Co., Novellus Systems Inc., The Laird Group, Plc. and Raytheon Company.

Keith Barnes

Keith Barnes assumed responsibilities as Verigy President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2006. Prior to taking this position, Mr. Barnes was the Chairman and CEO of Electroglas, a leader in integrated circuit prober manufacturing. Before his work at Electroglas, he was Chairman and CEO of Integrated Measurement Systems (IMS), an Oregon-based company recognized for its work in mixed-signal and memory-IC verification, until Credence Systems Corporation acquired the company in 2001.  He currently is involved in numerous industry associations and serves on the boards of Cascade Microtech and Clarity Visual Systems and is a Regent at The University of Portland.

Raymond is the executive vice president and CFO of FEI Company. FEI is a NASDAQ public company headquartered in Hillsboro and is global manufacturer of tools for nanotechnology.  Before joining FEI, Raymond was the CFO at TriQuint Semiconductor and has been a CFO of large corporations for nearly 20 years.  Raymond is a certified public accountant and has an MBA from the Wharton School.
