Wafer Probe Calibration Data

You can now download the probe calibration data in S2P format directly from this site. To get the file, please enter the part number and serial number of your probe and click "Enter".

Note: Probe data is only available for probes purchased since August 10, 2002.
This data is not compatible with multi-signal probes.

Enter Part/Serial Number
Part Number	(for example, "FPC-GS-1000")
Serial Number	(for example, "02849")

You can also extract the S-Parameters of your probes by using the Probe Test function available within our WinCal software.
