Radio Frequency (RF) High Performance Probe Positioners
Cascade's RF positioners, designed for use on the Summit 11k/12k and S300 platforms, have sliding fixed mounts and a bolt down base for accurate placement. They have micron level accuracy for fine tuned planarity adjustment. They provide the ultra-precise control needed for submicron probing. With the series’ orthogonal probe holder, you can set up the micropositioner to have consistent orthogonal movement in relation to the streets or rows of the device being probed.

The MS1-8 series programmable micropositioners are designed for RF/Microwave applications on Summit 12000-Series stations where high accuracy and repeatability are required. They can be operated with a host computer, a joystick, or manually if required.
