Radio Frequency (RF) General Purpose Probe Positioners
Cascade Microtech's RF positioners designed for use on the M150 Measurement Platform, come with sliding clamp mounts and a releasable magnetic base for accurate and orthogonal placement. The positioner assembly offers micron level accuracy for fine tuned planarity adjustment. The probe holders are optimized for use with Cascade Microtech RF and Microwave probes and cables. The arm has bolt holes for mounting bias tees for DC voltage and current biasing. Positioners are offered in West, East/West, and North/South versions in order to allow for 2 port, 3 port, and 4 port RF/Microwave configurations.
